Where have all the Gibbles gone?

I recently played through the mountain area of CCA in Vhard today, and I was thinking...
Is that one Gibbles before the exit the only one in the whole game? I have never seem one in any of the other CCA stages...
Does anyone have other info?

If you go online and play the East Tower then you will see more ofthem

Gibbles I believe is just supposed to be like a kind of mini-boss put in the game to give you a hard time. Same thing for Mericarol and Gi Gue...(Notice that the room gets dark and scary when they enter^_~)
