XBox: Need Vulcans with 55 or more hit %

If you have vulcans, or combats, or vices, or justies with more then 55% to hit, name something you want (be reasonable) and you've got yourself a deal.

Again, this is for Xbox.

I have a vulcan with 55% hit, Paralyze and a minor bonus to one of the other areas.

Flight Cutter
Holy Ray
or ???
