when is it coming out?????any forsures????and what are some details about this so called "quest"

what do you mean? a quest where you'll find them en masse? havent heard of anything like that.

or did you mean gallons shop? on cube its already there - hopkins the fonemn stands under the hospital - seeable from where the telepipes are posted in ep2.
on xbox the next server maintenance will add him for us-version (its done on jp-version already afaik).

no date, sorry ^_^ keep your fingers crossed.

once its done, just go online, create a game and load 'gallons shop' from the shop section of online quests at the guilds counter (the guild lady right where you spawn when you enter a game).

gallons shop is already on xbox, but the fonewm is not there, and no one knows when he will be there
