if not how do i sign up for it? am i supposed to buy a modem from the site or something?

i hope you know that you must be a resident of japan or know a resident of japan to get it shipped to you in order to do the beta testing.... If ya got all that going for you....Kudos....im pretty sure theres a link on segas website and possibly one here on psow somewhere....
