quick response please.i need to know where to find mag cells

They are only found from the holliday events. You get them from xmass presents and jack-o-lanters. These are online only events, and there is no known way to get cells offline as of yet.

ok, so my best bet is to just make a single max stat mag?

Mag cells can be obtained by Jack-o-lanterns, Easter Eggs, Christmas Presents, which are dropped by holiday Rappys!

eastereggs - nope.

i guess if followed thing is true it will be pretty hard to get one:
i know someone who swears that he found a heart of robochao in a hard spaceship box online (i found one in the v2 days in the mines... also online, but on ult).
i asked him several times if not one of his coplayers could have dropped it there but he does not think so.
