ok i'm on VH falz and was wondering if it would be better to equip 4*metal body or 4*general hp because falz's swipe in it's 3rd form kills me in one hit without either equipped also would defence raise resistance to it or it is a set amount of damage it does?

Use resta. It conserves mates and have high light resist.

TIP: Set a Telepie or Ryuker in front of the boss portal incase you die, that way you can go directly to the boss portal without having to go all the way through the ruins again.

And don't trouble yourself with a PB too much, becuase their pretty much useless against him. Keep a few Scape Dolls on you as well.
