because all i seem to ever get from them are automated response emails, and, frankly, it's REALLY PISSING ME OFF. i emailed them the day i corrupted, 8 days ago, and i STILL haven't heard from a real person yet. i just keep getting hte same obnoxious email over and over and over again. this sucks so bad, i really feel like they're just mocking me.

does anyone know if there's a better way for me to get in touch with these irresponsible jerks?

i do not believe tech support will help you much either, what was said from other posts here. if you have not already deleted them, you could try some tricks shown in other posts, like here...

there was 1 more solution, i cannot find a post to it though... it involves starting multiplayer, and trying to see if you can use a character from corrupted card as 2nd player, then saving corrupted back to memory card.

good luck. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

oh, a charge phone number should be in the back of the instruction booklet. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif
