Question About S - Rank Weapons

Does anyone know if you are able to use,S-rank weapons to create weapons like the rainbow Baton or the Summit Moon?because a 200+ grindered slicer into a rainbow baton would be simply wonderful

You answered your own question. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif You can't use them to make anything else, but you can grind them really high, and you can add unique special attacks to them in the gallions shop quest.
