New x-box what should I do

Ok I said in a previos theard I got a new x-box but my charator is on my old x-box. WHat should I do start a new charaot or use the old x-box which is my brothers. I eman I htink he is going to get his own copy of pso so I can get my stuff back....and if anyone can tell me if and how I can trasnfert the account to my x-box from his please tell me
