Making new network info?

I have two memory cards. I know about the method of using the network info on the one in slot two but I would like to have my second card have its own network information for backup. I don't want to have to pay twice though. Is there anyway I can create the same network information on my second card without having to pay twice?

The network info is simply how your gamecube connects to the internet. You can just copy that file from one memory card to the other in the memory card manager.
