hey i just got a heart of chao and it wont let me use it on my mag...how do i use it?

i guess from a jack o latern - ask a japanese v1.1 user - they get them for free when they start a new character i think.

they also drop during halloween from hallow rappies in the temple (they replace love rappies). i remember someone on here sayin' something about a halloween quest too, but i'm not sure about it.
