In the Weapons section it says Availible only for Ver.2 and PC and then below the Description it says Episode I&II(GC & Xbox)


My Question is does that mean they intend to incorparate the new s Ranks from the DC days.

J Blade
Harisen
Needle
Moon
etc.

not quite. right now, we're reworking the db and it's still currently being worked on. if the console icons says no gc and no xbox then it's not on gc and xbox yet. the stats will get fixed. we're still working.
