Mag cells in very hard forest?!

You can get mag cells in very hard forest.
Is this confirmed?
Or maybe it's for the dreamcast versions?

This was for DC V1. Now the only way to get mag cells is through the holliday events. If you'll notice, it says "Version 1 & 2 Mag Cell Combinations" at the top of the page. This is refering to the dreamcast game.
