Im a level 75 HUmar on Ultimate and still havent found a Dragon Slayer... Do you have to be a certain level to find it?

Well im a lvl80ish Skyly Force who has around 10 DragonSlayers, an di found em all doing Hard and VHard Ruins, i found em all the time and i was like lvl60 when finding them. So i dont think lvl matter. Fact that you havent found any dragonslayer must be bad luck :[. Wish i was a online player to hand you one...
