Psycho Wand

I noticed that in the Special Technique Bonuses guide it says that Psycho Wand, Randomly Casts Barta, Zonde, or Foie/ Increase Hard Attacks by 30%. This is all true, but I also think it should be noted that it reduces TP cost by 50%. This helped me in my Psycho Wand vs. C Sorcerers Cane Debate because I didn't want to use so much TP when casting, but Psycho Wand has got all it's perks too so, I need to quit rambling and post this. So there ya go.

Hopefully, somebody'll note that Prophets of Motav also does this.

Except it has Jellen/Zalure as its special attack, mind you.
