Which section ID is best for a HU? RA? FO? and then what are the rest good for?

There isn't just one ID that's good for each of them. The ID that would be good for a particular class would depend upon what type of weapons you want to use with them.

The best ID for a HU is definatly a Skyly. For a FO it will be Pinkal since rumor has it they are the only ones able to find a lvl 30 tech, or lvl 7 Anti. I myself don't believe that since I found a lvl 30 resta in my Bluefull forces game. And for a Ranger definatly whitill, because when hell freezes over and you find both Handgun Guld and Handgun Milla you can make the best mech out there.

you can find lvl 30 techs or anti 7 (redria, ult, caves for me) with any section id. for pinkal, wands and (it seems) tech disks are more common than for other IDs.

actually there is no 'best' ID and it always depend on your total characters. look at what each ID can get how and whats most interesting for you as a weapon type.
