i asked my friend in japan if he could try and get a copy of the beta coming out next month. here's what he said in an email:
According to the many rules listed on the site, anyone who wants a copy of this new game has to have some sort of contract with his/her server. I have no idea what this is; but, apparently, I don't have this contract. When I went to connect to the site for the game, my server (AT&T) couldn't connect me.
now, i came to psow to get some clarification on this. all it says is that you need a modem or bba for your gamecube to be eligible, but, i'm pretty sure that you can't navigate the web through gc, making it impossible to connect that way...? what are the exact requirements for registering? if anyone knows, or can help in some way -- please share.
