Branch of Pakupaku

i found a branch of pakupaku when i was playing w/ my friend and i'm wondering if it can be made to a striker of chao and how to do it.

You need to have a chao mag to make it. Equip the branch and the mag should have a "use" option in your item pack. I may be the other way around, but I believe it's the branch that gets equipped. Just note that you lose your mag when you make that weapon and so it may not be worth it.

by the way, whats the striker of chao do? anything special or is it just cute?

My friend has one. I believe it raises magic by 35 or 40. I'm not sure since he rarely uses it.
