My First And Only "Trade"

The only reason I'm posting this is because I wonder if it's considered an act of cheating, or perhaps, something that would damage my character's "purity" (One of the few things I have that a cheater can never get.)

My friend Emperor Rage (He's here somewhere) was bugging me about trading me for my bazooka ever since I found it. Now, I loved the weapon, especially since its the best rare I had, and is, in reality, quite rare. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif

Hiro (Hero) and another friend of mine got a kick out of our little arguements (all just kidding around) but Eventually, I caved in, and told him if he gave me his Chainsawd, I'd give him my bazooka.

The deal was sealed at that point.

Now, Rage got the weapon from a friend (Who he assures me is clean) but I have my doubts as to whether the Chainsawd is a real weapon, or an GS-unlocked item.

The reason I wanted the chainsawd was because I hate fighting with guns, and as a Ranger, find more enjoyment in running headlong into a group of baddies and swining like mad. (I think I wore out my soul eater that way)

What I want to say is, does this leave a "Mark" upon my character? I REALLY love the saw, because it fits my character's personality. (A robot built from discarded power-tools, junk, machinery, appliances) And I LOVE the way it makes him look.

BTW, Ukyou, if you read this, I still didn't get a chance to give you my card like you wanted. I have yours, but could have sworn I gave you mine! When you see me next, mail one of my friends you are looking for me and ill jump out of the game and meet you to give you my card.

I think your safe. If your freind says the Chain Sawd is legit, then all you can do is trust his word. I almost never trade anymore, but you have to be able to trust your friends if they say it's clean. I'm still looking for a legit lavis cannon. Of coarse I'll never know if it's truely legit unless I find it, or a friend swears to me it is. I think it looks like a diamond http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_smile.gif. BTW, did you get the name Forte from the Wizard in "Shining The Holy Ark?" When im bored, and dont have an RPGs to play, thats my "Rainy Day" RPG.

Anyhoo, you are right Forte. But I figure, I've played 280 hours, and I think even if it is, worst case scenario, a *cheat*, I traded for it with a legit rare I found, and didn't "dupe" my Bazooka so I still had it. It was an honest, "Lose an item, gain an item" Trade, and I don't see harm in it.

Reminds me of Link's sword in the first Zelda game in the way that when you swing it, it shoots out a pulse of energy. If you ever find one, let me know what area you found it in, and what monster dropped it.
