Ok, where to start?...

Well i was just looking around the forums and so someone's avarat not being a PSO related pic, and i was just wondering how do you create your own avatar? cuz ther isn't an option for it.

We just happen to have a large selection of avatars here. You cannot have your own custom avatar, unless you win a future contest which could help you get one.
