Thats about it, i know its the standerd 2 HUnters, 1 RAnger and 1 FOrce but it works for me. I have tried this team offline with three friends.

Well im not going to go in depth with the names and levels and such, but my team would probably consist of this......

Well assuming these people were all around the same level I would go with:
Voldyph (HUcast, tanking) or preferrably Malice (HUcaseal, tanking)
Moira (FOmarl, support)
Khrossis (RAmarl, long range cover-fire support)
Nydicia (FOnewearl) or RubriclvlDan (FOnewm, the only character listed on X-Box, but would be cool) (attack techs/nuking/secondary support)
I think this team is good because you have a tank to slash things with a red sword or something, a ranger to stun the enemies with plenty of shotgun bullets, a force for support so you get s/d/j/z/r/a, and another force for general nuking and just blowing enemies to pieces in between secondary support when the other force is across the room and resta or anti are needed. 4 skilled androids don't need techs. The HUnters make up the frontline/trap/assault half, the RAngers make up the back line/support/range half. Android RAngers can detonate the HUnters traps the second their dropped, which makes everyones life easier.

Hmmm... I'd have to say...

Trex:HUmar- Power, self-sustaining spells
Kayla:HUneweral-Versitality (sp?), back up force
Sniper:RAmar-Long range, self-sustaining spells
Ancient Foie:FOmar-Versitality back up hunter

I've noticed the mars and the HUneweral tend to be very versiatile so the whole goal of my team would be its overall versataility. Should a situation arise needing 4 hunter-melee characters, the FOmar(best meleeing force) could equip a melee weapon along with Sniper and duke it out head to head next to the hunters. If a situation requires 4 ranged-ranger characters, Ancient Foie could stick to casting (from a distance) while Trex and Kayla guns. Should the need arise for 4 spell-forces, Foie and Kayla would nuke while Trex and Sniper would support with their less powerful spells.

With this team, you've got the HUcast for raw power, the HUnewearl can be up there with him, dealing plenty of damage herself, the FOmar can also do some good damage as well and has the level 30 Shifta/Deband as well as Jellen/Zalure, and the FOmarl could also cast Jellen/Zalure and Shifta/Deband (split between the two Forces to even out the TP usage) and to help keep the team in shape (Resta/Anti range boost).

Ususally what I use for offline multiplayer with some friends:

Elvendar - HUcaseal (with daggers or twin saber type weapon)
Karona - HUcaseal (with partisan or sword)
Blood - RAcaseal (With good rifle)
Phage -FOmarl (With support techs and high grants for bosses.)

As an offline player, though my friends could play 4 player PSO, we always play 3 player. Reason? Simple, LAG! The lag gets so bad you have to split up to keep sane. Well my team consists of this

Since you have the two androids and a melee FO, this makes up for your lack of power that you would have on a 4 person team. Then my fomar hooks the team up with support spells and is a great healer. The two hunters use swords to take out groups and I, the FOmar, use either a double saber or a G-assasins blade, or if we are facing a particularily large group or Falz, ill bust out the Soul Eater.

HUmar dealing out major damage, along with the RAcast covering his back and the FOmar and FOnewearl casting shifta, deband, jellen, zalure, resta and grants and when the going gets tough the RAcast and the FOmar can wade in as well.

Result:All characters were in Ultimate so we playd that and no deaths' constantly full HP and very good damedge. (Best part is full HP always Deband/Shifta and Jellan/Zalure)

Result:Still Ultimate diffulculti. We had a few deaths'. Alittle less dmg but more constant dmg. We still had Deband/Shifta running but not Jellan and Zalure just as much. Not always at full HP either.

So to cunclude my team would be 2 Forces and 2 Hunters. :]
