GC: Pictures

Ok I know how to take a picture on the gc using the second controller and the memory card, where I am having a problem is How do i get it onto the computer so I can post it in the internet????? the pc way is that you puss the prt scr sysrq button and its close to the num lock light.
and i have PSO on XBOX

You'll need to use the program PSO Proxy. Go download it in the Utilities section, and read how to set it up at the official site.
