Has anyone ever ordered anything from japanvideogames.com? If you have did they respond to your emails fast?

I got my GC keyboard from them, among other things. They respond to there emails pretty quickly, I think most of the time I got a responce in around 24 hours. Sometimes a little more though. It's a good company, been around for ages and I've never had a problem with them over the years. You can even call there store and talk to a real person about your order as well. There's a phone number on the site somewhere, not sure where though. Most likely in the "contact us" section.
