How do I turn my Genesis into Dreamcast?

I have a level 200 Genesis, and I want to turn it into a Dreamcast. Is it possible to do so? If so, what are the requirements?

Should just be able to use the cell on it and it should evolve into a dreamcast.

really? I thought there was requirements to do that. I don't want to waste my kit of dreamcast. Oh wait, if it doesn't work, I can just turn the GC off, and it won't save. I forgot about that. Let me go and try it...

Well that link is the guide on how to do it. It says you need the Mark III mag, OR genesis, OR saturn mag, to make it. It should work, just make sure you are soft resetting offline and not online http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime2.gif

Don't worry, I am. It worked! all i had to do was give it to my level 108 character. I was trying to do it with my level 1 storage character. thats wut i was doing wrong.
