Question about signatures

I want to get a picture of my character onto my computer and use it to make a sig. Is there any way I can get a photo from a [non-USB] gamecube memory card?

Or, is there any program for the pc that allows you to make characters for this purpose?

Yep, you can upload your snapshots to your PC pretty easily with PSO Proxy, a program you can download through PSOw. I won't explain how to do it here since it's pretty long, but there are instructions along with it so you shouldn't have too hard a time.

After having tried the link on PSOw, I tried finding it to download it but every link reading "download" brings me back to that one mirror page.
