i used to know a guy that said it, about... two and a half years ago now, maybe three.

he used to use it whenever something bad or annoying happened.

i used to have some strange discussions with him.
usually when i was drunk.

don't have any saved examples of him saying 'blarg' though.

so i guess this was utterly pointless.
