About tech rest (bug)

The tech reset problem in c-mode is still around, how I know my zullen spell, go from lvl 30 to 15, I note this when i was taking the grinders of the bank, and it said i can use the jellens disk I have.

I didn´t know where to put this.

yeah, its random.. thats why i usually solve challenge with a chara before using high level techs (15+) and materials..
