I just registered for a HL on the PSO web site, but my Serial#/Access Key is not on my account page. Also, when I try to connect to the game online, I get this Error 113, which says that my Serial#/Access Key hasn't been registered. Help!

Did you register the numbers? The game should have asked you by now. You can find the numbers at the back of your instruction booklet.

I've had to type them in every single time I go to Online mode and it will not save them.

Try going in your Options menu and check the part where it says something like Serial # and Access Key.
