Depends on how you play.
I'm best with RA so I'd have to say RAcast.

Thats not really fair!! None of my chars are either a RAcast or a HUcaseal. But if I were to pick one of the two I'd go with RAcast...simply because I prefer long range to close. Enemies make lots of pain in Ultimate!

RAcast is a good char, but HUcaseal is agile as crap. I like agility and accuracy.

RAcast easily. He beats her in every single stat except evp, which sucks anyways. He even gets more traps than her
