Thanks to Sega I can't get into my account to renew my HL. I even tired making a new account but my Serial number and Access key are resgistered. I talked to 3 Sega reps and they all said there is no way to reset or reissue me a new Serial number and Access key on the Gamecube. Sega can't even renew my account...

My only way back online is to buy a new copy of PSO and I'm low on cash. So I guess I'm quiting... I never even got to 200. (so damn close 171)

I hope the majority of my friends see this cause I never got to say goodbye. So to all my friends and everyone I ever played with thanks for the great memories.

PS Sorry Sham about not being able to continue Team Play...

I have used diffrent pso games on diffrent cubes with the same BBA and it still worked..I dont know if that helps..

ie..
My pso, my cube, my BBA, my memory card
friends pso, my cube, my BBA, my memorycard
friends PSo, Friends cube, My BBA, my memorycard
(I didnt use a diffrent password/access code/serial#)

All I did was delete the sega file, and re make it using the website option..I dont know if thats what I had to do but..It worked.Dont give up there

that might work...everytime I delete the sega file(the 4 block one that says sega file), i dont have to put in the serial numbre/access key again, it just works.. dont know, try it and see if it works. I would hate to see someone go, if the problem can be easily fixed.

Ps, I noticed you wanted YAS7000, I happen to have that item..If you can get pso working again, i'll trade it to you.

I really doubt that they can do nothing. You must not be talking to the right person. Try using their email help function on their website and even call them and make sure you explain and be polite...do not get overexcited about it as this will not help.

Well i throughly explained my situation to all 3 reps at customer service and I've sent 2 emails. And I was polite as I could possibly have been.

nothing is wrong its my Sega Account. My username is
Auracom, but it only logs me in as auracom. And sega told me they can't do anything about that. The system saved my user name with a Cap A. But it should only save as a lowercase as all 3 said. I'll call again tomorrow but I doubt anything will change.

If you get new numbers, you can clear out the numbers that stored on the card by deleting the guildcard file. Whatever you do, don't delete the system file or it will delete the other files when you start the game again.

So if I get new numbers just delete the guildcard file? And I'll be ok?

BTW Silver-X I'm good except for the no HL thing lol.

Yeah, the numbers are stored there, so the next time you go online after deleting that file, it'll ask for the numbers again.

Some people can't tell their asses from a hole in the ground(not to be extremly rude or anything) but all you have to do is go to Google.com and type in these simple words PSO Access Key and Serial Codes, and guess what free PSO GC and Vr.2 key codes(free PSO the rest of my life is what that means for me!). So there you go!

More than one person can use the same code? cause Im sure people will try to use the same code.

Heh when i first got the game i had to do the same thing he did and i made that horrible mistake. Good by lvl 114 char. (Which was one monthes worth of all day commitment. I do have a friend who is offline and has no desire to go on, but he says someday he just might want to. Hey Aura, SP here...

What I don't get is that all Sega would have to do is just reset your account name on the Sega.net and it should work again... I see what they mean about not being able to reset your serial numbers & access codes (since they are linked to your memory card file), but like what someone said, deleting the sega.system file should allow them to reset them online.. BTW, I'll ask some of my offline friends if they would give you their serial numbers & access codes

This sucks man :/

I am an avid player of PSO, but I can't get online cause I don't have a credit card, plus I have heard alot of people complain that their characters get deleted sometimes. So you can have my access key and serial #. I'll PM them to you tomorrow. I hope it helps.

Hmm, yeah, I think what this guy suggests should work. I've heard of cases like this throughout V1-V2, and players having ot go through unnecessary hell to get back online. It's truly rediculous, indeed.

I deleted my guild card which was suppose to hold my Serial number and Access key but that didn't work. So the only way I could get my numbers off the memory card was to delete the system file. I have two memory cards BTW. Memcard 1 holds Auracom and my rares/mags and Memcard2 held Shiro and Falcion.

Before I deleted any of the save things on Mem2 I transfered everything of value to Mem1. Now Mem2 holds Auracom reborn... lv001. Gonna be awhile till I catch up my friends.

Atleast I get a second chance with Auracom... 100 luck here I come.

Hehehe thank you, I've got damn good equipment though. G/arm G/pow2x G/bat. Armor is gonna be tuff for awhile but ahwell. i've still got my Legit Guld Milla, Yas9k and other RA goodies I should be fine.

yeah I had to delete Falcion and Shiro SP >__<.
But Auracom is lvl 18 now. I think Normal-VH is good for leveling offline. But when it come to Ult leveling online is much quicker. I'm just waiting for Tito to buy my HL now.
