I was wondering, How special/enemy weapons show up. Is it by I number of kills? Or like there's a Time limit and when its up the next enemy you kill carries it? Or is it like by a certain amount of enemies you have to kill of the same type. Or is it completely random. I don't think it is because everytime I get an enemy/special weapon I don't get another one for a while. That's what gave me the Time limit theory. Somebody who knows please respond.
