Can someone tell me how the special attak works on HEAVEN PUNISHER, because sometimes when I play, the special attak works and sometimes not... it says it is a special attak based on time, but I don't understand what it means...

When you press start, look at the bottom-right corner of the menu screen. You'll see a three digit number. That's the beat time. The Heaven Punisher's special attack only works if the first digit of the beat time is even(000-099, 200-299, etc.).
