question about the soul eater.. help me out

I was writing to ask if you do all the necessary things and play the quests to get Kireek's Soul Eater---does it ever have percentages?

Nope. Much like the Sranks and offline cmode prizes as well as the enemy weapons, they don't have
percents.

So there is no other way to get a Soul Eater? You can't just find it in a level?

No. You can find Soul Banish, which is a better soul eater in levels.

now with the new quest I guess you can add %s to the Soul Eater

yeah i hate soul eater it sucks you should get a soul banish its better.
