In the guide, it says you get the data from the final floor of CCT. It's really at the terminal in Seabed.

...It still says it at the bottom...
Also, you don't have to beat CCT to give Hopkins' dad the data. You can give it to him as soon as you get it.

The guide for the west tower quest says: Upon successfully collecting the requested data in this quest, you will be able to do meet Hopkins and Paganini..
I'm fairly sure that "be able to do meet Hopkins" is an error
