I never clicked the Holiday Rappy Drops. I'd expect to see the random items associated with their appropriate items, not Rappies.

Jack o' Lantern:
1. Holiday decoration used in the Halloween holiday.
2. Prize given to you from a group of special holiday Rappies, dressed for the occasion. They are called Hallo Rappies and have a brown body with a pumpkin on their heads.

The Jack o' Lantern can randomly drop a Mag Cell. If you do not like the result, you may turn off the Gamecube and re-try. This procedure (the Jack o' Lantern drops, not the Hallo Rappy) can only be done offline.
