can't answer that, as i'm on xbox and we haven't got the ability to exchange stuff. i've heard that supposedly a photon crystal is equal to 99 photon spheres. don't know if it's true. if it is, perhaps you could use it to raise your weapons' photon percents after beating the third tower quest. of course, being on xbox i haven't played that quest either so i don't know if it'd work. not to mention that i haven't got any photon crystals. i kinda get the impression that photon crystals aren't supposed to exist yet, so maybe a use for them will be revealed once they're active. like i said, i dunno. maybe someone can correct me. i'm kind of curious myself.
