aight, paganini has helped us alot, but this is just plain wrong! if weapons have the maxed % , all them annoying weapons like bkb and heavens punisher, will be worse... thats a scary thought man! this game is gonna come down hard...so many dupes...so many dupers....hard to get exp....damit

% on Heavens punisher dont really matter. The special does a set amount of damage.

Imagine you have 1000 atp with your mag equipped.
And your weap adds 200 atp. total : 1200 atp
If it is 100%, it will be 400 atp. total : 1400 atp.

A less than 20% total rise in that case.

But it'll only be 1400 ATP (your example) that effects to the type of creature that the weapon contains 100% (Native, A.Beast, Machine, or Dark). Yeah, it's still bad though as it's possible to have a weapon with 100% to another type of creature that starts at least 5%.

100% would double the weapon's power, but not the total atp score. Think of a lavis cannon's 750ish atp, 100% dark would give that thing a 1500 atp level on top of your base power. When you think about it, that weapon would more than double your atp just because of the shear power of the weapon.

Sheesh, this would have been real cool if the entire game was legit, but with all those 99x photon sphere packs roaming around every good weapon's going to have sick %s.
