GALLON IS A THIEF !!!!

Hi i was just wondering if anyone else noticed that during the gallonsshop quest,if you ask him to wrap a item for you them change your mind,gallon will say something like what ok here take your money back but in reality he holds on to five meseta everytime.*LOL* was just wondering if anyone caught that.
