Just a question about them , how would you make them spawn (appear)? Would it be like the time set on your GC???

Do you mean Holiday Rappies? Then go online to VR Temple during Halloween, Christmas, or Easter. They replace Love Rappies.

yes i actually. So can i just change time on gamecube and they will appear in Temple? (Btw does it matter diff?)

No, they follow the server's clock.

heh i got tuns-o-monah so would one of these attach to my GC and then into my computer modem? also you have to pay like 5 a month right?
