Ok so I saved the snapshot program to a friends memory card and when I tried to to a snapshot all that comes up is this little window. I want to take a full screen snapshot and the guide says to hold down the L trigger when I put the controller in, but when I do I no longer have the ability to take a screenshot. So maybe if someone just explained a little further that might help.
