Anyone know wtf drops "Heart of Chao" for a Viridian?

Also, if I get a Chao mag, which I'm aiming to do, will it evolve any more if I continue to level it?

You can only get Heart of Chao from someone who has v1.1 or during Halloween from holiday Rappies.

Son of a..well, I guess that means I get to raise a different Chao.

Mag cells are only found in Christmas Presents and Jack O Lanterns. The seasonal rappys in temple drop them but they exist only in christmas and halloween.
However, Japanese players can get these from a quest so if you are in luck someone might want to give/trade you one.
