just a simple question ... in light of the fact that you can add percentages to weapons now thanks to the West Tower quest

Well, I believe that it's any weapon aside from an S-Rank. But no, because you can only add % if there is atleast 5% in that category before adding more.

It's been reported that you can add percents to enemy weapons which of course have no percents before hand. You can't add percents to more than 3 areas because of how the game is designed. I would guess that you could add percent to an Oroti.
