Does anybody have a guide on exactly what to feed a mag for.

Does anybody have a guide on what to feed a mag if you are trying to max a humar's stats? The final outcome should be Pow 135 Def 5 Mind 8 Dex 52, but I'm not sure how to achieve that...for photon blasts I want to have Twins, and possibly the elk(golla) or the sorcerer(pilla)...I am not sure about what to get for the first PB though...Thanks in advance to anybody that helps a poor newbie^^...

btw, this is for gcn version if that matters at all...
