How do you use the special attack on the ID cards? is it relavent to use the card of you section id?

They don't have any special attack. They are more are less just really rare and saught after for bragging rights, as there atp is rather low as well.

But it saids its abilties are unknown surely there must be a special attack!

If we can find out so easily, it wont be unknow^.^ The same description is on the S-Rank too. Hopefully Sonic Team will release quests that allowed u to add special attack on ID Card^.^
