Puyo Pop?

I was playing Gallons Shop today because I finally had enough drops to get a photon sphere when I noticed a shiny light above the fat FOnewm's head. I ran up to the hospital and it said someone dropped it and asked if I wanted to pick it up. I said yes and it said "You picked up Puyo Pop" but nothing was in my inventory or anything. What was that?

I thought I remembered Puyo Pop being an old game...and of course I skipped getting that GC-GBA connector today XD
