Techniques-when do they change?

ok at first it thought that throughout all levels of techniques they only change once and get a bigger, better looking effect. but when i got my fonewearal and had a level 16 rafoie and it didn't look like the same i'd seen from other forces. this was the same for my level 24 rabarta. do the techniques change appearence twice???

Apparently, my guess is that it's appearance changes with every level, just like megid, as it's size grows.

Don't you love casting a really high level foie. The ball is so **** fast! Its like a Horizontal Zonde hehe.

Wow, I never even knew they changed. SWEET! Too bad I'm a RAmar, so I'll never notice the change.

Actually, you might get a few changing at level 10. Zonde should be blasting 2 bolts by then.
