I have a question about the whole monster part thing.....What is it that you have to do before you can turn in monster parts for weapons??

Just play one of the quests, like Dr. Otso's Research, where you see Dr. Montauge (spelling?) standing outside the Hunter's guild. Talk to him, he does it for you.

You're only allowed one weapon per quest, though, so just quit that and start it again to transform more.

u have to be beat alll the quests first because The Doc says in oone of the late quests that hell make weopons for u, then u just got to either unsealed door or, Dr. osto's resaerch and talk to the doc with the enemy part in ur invertory and he'll say u have good quality material or something and make u the weopon when u select the body part!
