Is there a way to do quests all over again

Do you mean offline quests? If so you can do em all over again on a diffrent difficluty, but if you already did that the only way to do em over again is to start a new character.

Wrong. Defeat all of the offline quests on a difficulty to be able to attempt them all again. It will only apply for that one difficulty.

LOL where did you come up with that. Its completely wrong. Like Shapiro said, simply beat all the offline quests for a particular difficulty, and after that you can play any of them whenever you want.

Oops, sorry was a bit sleepy when I posted, thought you ment when trying to get the soul eater, ragol ring, and so forth... but yeah once you beat all the quests they all open up.
