Drop rate on Handgun Milla?

So far I've done the Heat Sword quest 30-40 times and killed the 50 or so Tollaws it has, and still no Handgun Milla. How long should this be taking? I've had the Tollaws tease me with photon drops, and I had a Tollaw drop a "special weapon" red box that turned out to be a guilty light because it was actually the barble next to him that dropped it. Shouldn't I have found the gun by now?

Tollaws are one of the stingiest enemies in the game. Trying to get them to drop anything is likely to put one into the looney bin, it's so frustrating. All I can say is good luck, because you're going to have to get really lucky to score the Milla.

You need to spend about 30 hours doing Heat Sword for one. At the end, you will have killed about 7,740 Tollaws.
