I have only seen one and I'm lvl 107.

There is really no telling when an al rappy will pop up it can show up in one try or it can show up in 500 tries. i havent seen one and i am level 78

It takes me about 1 hour of piping in the fake in yallow to find on al/pal rappy.

i cant belive some of u haven't even seen al rappys, im lvl 33 and i've seen atleast 5

I saw three in one day, without piping, and two of those times were within five minutes of eachother in the Fake in Yellow quest. I guess I got lucky ... but I was playing in Normal mode so I didn't get anything good!
